First of all, the deal isn't even done, it's subject to so many conditions that it may never get done, at least anytime soon. Maybe in a year or 2. Secondly, Koos stated he's not taking on anymore toxic debt and committed to enhancing shareholder value, so do you really think after everything he's done to get RGBP to where it is today he's going to dilute the stock into oblivion? Not going to happen.

It's amazing how easy people are manipulated into selling from message board posters.
