I think if it winds up with only 15.0 million outstanding shares, it will be worth much more than the $58.00 per one gram of gold.

Let’s do some practice math. At 15.0 million shares, a $1.00 share price is a $15.0 million market cap.

At $7.00 a share, using round numbers, that’s a $100.0 million market cap. It’s actually $105.0 million, but I like round numbers.

So, that all being said, a $1.0 billion Reverse Merger candidate give us a $70.00 a share price if we get reduced to the 15.0 million UNRESTRICTED SHARE COUNT as the amount of Total Outstanding Shares.

Now let’s say Mr. Sharp finds a Private Blockchain Company that only gets to 1/2 the market cap of his last reverse merger, $3.5 billion market cap.

3.5 X $70.00 per share per billion market cap is $245.00 a share.

THAT’S ABOUT 4 GRAMS OF GOLD.

Conservatively then, I’m thinking $75.00 - $125.00 per share after share reductions.

Company could immediately up list to NASDAQ or NYSE if the wanted. That’s the main draw here. Low share count and immediate quality exchange. Hard to beat this ticker with 7.5 million share float.
