If raising cash was on the table, why not do the offering when the stock was higher earlier this year?

Only a fool would raise cash at these depressed prices and with $500 mm of cash on hand.

At least JT pumped up the revenue / outlook prior to raising cash at $18. I believe his pump took the stock to $22/$23 or so.
