The whole OTC has been bleeding out. It doesn’t seem connected to the fundamentals even with some dilution. Again, PRs make a 14 million Q4 almost guaranteed. That’s close to the current market cap. Any positive momentum and this should head back up (L2 is this up to high 50s). Name change will help.
