This now gives us an idea as to how much 100,000 homes/this contract is worth. Even though we know it's worth 3.5 billion to tpt. We just needed some backwards math to show it.

From the link below which you provided: The Minister noted that the standard bedroom sells at GH$ 99,000 / 16k US, one bedroom at GH$ 142,500 / 23k US, and 2 bedroom GH$ 182,500 / 30k US, and 3 bedroom at GH$ 335,000 / 54k US.


Take 100,000 homes and divide that up into 4 leaving 25,000 of each being built and times that by the sale cost and you get $3,075,000,000 USD. Now I am sure we can factor in a 10% margin or more off of that but either way you still have over 2 billion left of the 5 billion awarded. Profit margin could be upwards of 30% in housing, I have no idea. (Not my trade, maybe someone else can weigh-in)

Clearly, the Ghanian government moves slow, because this article and speech was from Feb, of 2020.  But projects like this take time too, however it backs up the legitimacy of the deal.

Again, SWA was offered and accepted the deal... Why is this being questioned again? Because it was changed from awarded to offered and accepted...  WOW!
