You assume SWA has the gold. I did too, until I saw that news article few days ago.

Read it. You'll read about SWA consultant Dr. Mensah begging Dr. Prempeh "praying for contract award by close of year" three weeks after the supposed contract was "signed and complete and real". SWA either has the 5b contract or it does not. They either have the gold or they don't... there's no in-between here. Meanwhile, if this deal is a hoax, Dr. stokmonkey, Dr. Steve, Dr. Mighty, Dr peafunke and may others stand to lose 80% of their investment if they got to NASDAQ without it because there's no other way to get the SP to 5+ besides a very bad RS.

Another facet that concerns me is the loan shark Auctus payoff in 15m stock (the main reason I temporarily cut my position at loss and possible wash). If ST3 knew imminent Ghana revenue would send the stock to $1+, would he not borrow a little more in the bridge loan pay them off in cash?! Would Auctus not hang on to every share for 100x of immediately dumping it into low volume weakness?

We have been trusting ST3 to have vetted SWA on this, and that trust is now crumbling. We have waited 3 months - it's time to demand some answers.
