those rules will not make a difference. all of the DTCC rules makes no different and this new rule will be no different. the SEC knows how many shorts and fake share there is they just dont want to do anything about it. So far everything has been all talk and no show. if you look at all the shorter for AMC, Citadel is not the only one and there are a couple big boys in there with more or just as much short in AMC as Citadel.
