I know that 15m shares dilution is not an issue. It never was.. especially for this company that has no history of raising A/S to dilute O/S (except for this bridge funding). It is the timing that seemed like an issue ... I sold at that point because it became obvious Auctus would dump into the weakness (mostly low volume days) and would push the price down to sub-penny... I figured I could buy double despite wash. I just expressed disappointment in a tweet or post but didn't talk about it further in order to avoid influencing anyone else and my intent was to buy back more anyways - everyone has the same data and can make their own decisions.
And my post is not meant to scare anyone out of their shares. If anything, it is a stronger buy now than it was at 2 cents when Auctus had 15m to dump into low volume, assuming Auctus is nearly out of shares to dump as they have been dumping more than 2m shares per week.
All this hinges on 5b SWA deal though... I've been very clear about that from the start. You'll find me arguing this with skichic many times - that the first whiff of SWA payment shows up in the revenue would put this stock into dollar territory organically, and it would be no R/S or small R/S like TSNP to get to NASDAQ and the 8m Reg-A shares impact is nothing. Without that deal though, skichic is right, and Reg-A dilution is going to hurt. I'm not going to be willfully blind to the facts.
And now after someone dug up that Ghana article with Dr. Mensah "praying for contract award", it appears SWA did not really have the contract when they issued the PR (even the restated PR talks of "upwards of 3.5b for TPT"). Then SWA reference in MPG website goes missing .. you can see how this appears very shady and borders on pump and dump.
SWA and ST3 owe it to us to come clean ASAP and clear the air around this fast. They need to do a joint zoom shareholder call laying out the facts of the contract and answer our questions. I'm not going to just sit and take my loss lying down if these guys have been doing us dirty.
