Hi Amarin posters,

I need help to appeal an insurance denial
from both the primary care physician and subsequently
The cardiologist for an Rx of brand Vascepa.
The indication is to reduce cardiovascular risk. Patient is a family
Member and she never had severe hyertriglyceridemia; her triglyceride
has never been at or above 500mg/dL. Therefore Generics Vascepa is not indicated.

Insurance is blue shield of California.

If you have ready made letter for appeal

attach that Complaint as well?
