The Bill Schaefer IBGR shell has been off and running with yet another "start up" business, DryWorld.

The private company DryWorld folded in 2016. I suspect there were shenanigans going on then.

DryWorld 2.0 has supposedly moved into the IBGR serial shell, and of course proclaimed to be legitimate this time around the block. But those of us here know legitimate companies do not merge with scam shells, especially a Schaefer scam shell.

IBGR filed a Reg A for 10 million in financing to launch a "marketing campaign". Yet the marketing campaign has already been in full swing via the social media platforms, of course.

Here is the Reg A filing:

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1781595/000147793221007763/dwbi_1a.htm

With this blatantly fraudulent statement contained within:

Our products are sold direct to consumers through our website (www.thedryworld.com) and Amazon brand page.

There are no products sold direct to consumers via an Amazon brand page which does not exist, nor the company website named. Here is that link:

https://thedryworld.com/

There is nothing for sale to the public on the website named in the Reg A filing, nor Amazon.

The boiler rooms have been claiming the products were coming online for sale this Thursday, and low and behold some products did come online for sale. But not on the website listed in the Reg A filing - a different website exists hawking these products. Here it is:

https://www.dryworldshop.com/

I cannot understand why they did not put these products for sale on the company website named in the Reg A. I am hoping for some assistance in figuring out the origin of the website the products are being hawked on.

The "company" put out a press release regarding online merchandise now being available a few hours after the new website went live.

And here is the most recent OTC financial disclosure, which leaves me very skeptical to believe that DryWorld has operational capital to attempt to revive DryWorld as a viable business. It appears to be a recycled scam.

Something seems very fishy here, especially considering this operation moved in a Schaefer shell...

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks y'all.
