Well traders are going to do that and look at the short term of course. Whether is it 0.2 or 0.6 right now probably doesn’t matter much to someone with a cost basis of $5. I usually confine my comments to the longer term impacts of various issues on the stock price and that has pretty much tracked with the performance this year. l am sure many wish they had sold at $3.40.

And in this case the warrants and the Pref B are going to weigh for some time.

Think of the absolutely worst convertible debt you can in terms of size and terms…

Those Pref B are 100 times worse…than that.

The “restrictions” put in place are token to the potential impact to the stock price.

That is what logic and commons sense tell me.
