All the mistakes in handling Law - ended up in loosing patent case. And JT (Kennedy) newer recovered from that - because of the number of mistakes you mention - the Worst being 'Why Nevada 9th Circuit of all places'.

But at the same time I think most will agree, that had Amarin won' the patent case, SP would have been $40- 60, and JT would still be CEO of Amarin :)
