The truth is SA has been nothing but an anchor to this company and money has been spent needlessly. Greedy people are evil and spiteful to say the least.

I’ve seen SA tactics. He’s not hard to figure out. Evil people driven by greed make grave mistakes.

Deeper truth. Schaefer shut SA down with IFUS. SA is finished and doesn’t know how to let go. Seeing IFUS fail in any way, feeds his ego.

SA never received more than 10 cents on the dollar, I’m sure of it. Considering all the attorneys fees, that might be conservative. In his case it’s poetic justice. Again he’s made the victim and is hardly that at all.
