The way I understand it is, As long as they are in contact with the OTC and making an effort to get current, it can operate on PINK limited until the final deadline which was what a year ? 18 months extension? I don't think we have to worry about the pink thing anytime soon if they are actually working on getting current. They've done an awful lot to just give up now. (jmo)
