Good morning JD, we were discussing Material Events a while back, 4 days if I remember correctly to be disclosed on OTC Markets.

Wouldn't a Acquisition closing and money exchanging hands ( and terms ) that affects all shareholders be a Material Event in your opinion ?

Maybe SHMN can answer this, reading the board guys ???
