**Here's a fact** As of today, there is no lawsuit, so I don't see how the other facts even matter.
(Personally, I see that fact as being the only one that matters.)
I see now, that the website has served it's purpose. It has shareholders talking about a lawsuit that doesn't exist.
Which I think, is the intention of the group shorting this stock.

And moving forward, if they finally decided to file one, and it's gets scheduled before a judge, then everyone gets done with all the wrangling (Motions), it finally gets to a conclusion, I doubt that I will care, 2 years from now, what the outcome is.

So until there is something to worry about, I call the whole lawsuit BULLSHIT.
