So in other words you are advocating taking action against the company and causing any chance we have for success to be killed in the legal system.

As a shareholder I will allow them to get this deal completed and grow the company. Holding them accountable to what cause? To screw over everyone just so you can say you held them accountable. Come on with the nonsense!
