alm2, put in that context with reference to the JT comment about the proposed offer was not acceptable to the "shareholders" one has to wonder who shared this information to the stakeholders to determine a yeah or nay to said offer. At the time the BB were the largest shareholders sooooo was it considered insider information that was shared with the Baker Brothers???? Or was it just the BOD who were shareholders?
IMHO JT screwed up the wording of his infamous email stating that fact or was it fiction??? LOL
