That is correct...however consider this:

George went to the Salton Sea around Sept 1.

On October 20 (50 days later) we got news that a $300,000 Liability had been settled, and that the Merger was being re-negotiated.

50 days to address and settle a $300,000 Liability.

How long will it take GM to settle this much smaller Liability?

Has he already been working on it?

My guess is he has, and with this "ONE" LAST THING, holding up the "COMPLETION" of the Merger...I think it will be quicker than 50 days, imo. Why would he hold off on paying it now, especially since he has met with the Merging company at least two times...and they are still interested and serious about going public. Even if he settles for the full whack plus interest, so what...just want him to get it done.

Hoping much sooner.

(My assumptions above are based on if he hadn't been working on resolving the Willett Liability...Before...it became a sticking point in negotiations.)
