Looks like this stock is about to be Knocked Out (KOed) by simple new SEC regulation and having some type of business (Hope, Dreams, and future potential is not a business).

The volume has gone to almost zero, the company and its officers have not provided an update and do not seem to have any interest in keeping the few shareholders left informed.

Is this a total loss? Any Thoughts for the members here?
