First time poster, shareholder for over 2 years now. Been reading the board almost daily. IMHO:
Not fraud or fake. People don't want to go to jail. There's a lot more space for ignorance, incompetence and plain old bad performance. The acquisition by LFER is a way for SOLI to reset, restart and get relisted without owning up to whatever problem they had. For LFER, it's a way to for an apparently struggling company to get going. In reality, with the exchange of shares this will likely play out like a merger (but officially an acquisition). It tells me the problem is likely corrected moving forward, to be buried as an unknown in the past (financials never to be filed), else who would acquire SOLI. I'll emphasize likely here; Pam's legal actions not withstanding. How the shares will be determined is a guess. I'm more pessimistic than optimistic.
I'm holding for now, at least into next year, hoping dead money will come back to life. We'll see.
Pam - I genuinely appreciate your posts. 2 thumbs up!
