I still don't understand how pulling off the pinksheets is beneficial. Why not issue a dividend? It seems obvious to me that the short position was not as large as Don expected. No short numbers have ever been listed since Don requested the NOBO listing. Pulling off the pinksheets and not being able to get back on is unaccpetable.
