Mr. Morgan tweeted awhile back that he is not taking calls or emails and any release will be for public knowledge only. He is an attorney and know the rules about giving information to all and not a select few.

As many have said, the finalization of a merger agreement takes time to complete and he has not been that long since the attorneys received the paperwork.

Hang in there, folks... Mr. Morgan will update us when he can.
