Actually I never said that ,and I don't expect that you SHOULD know what I have said, it's just that if you don't know then exercise some restraint in making claims!

What I will say is that I expect that AUPH will be bought at the appropriate price, based on its value to patient and stockholder (of both the seller and buyer).

Actually it's not!!! My expectations (and of others on this board who've followed this company for a long time), are based on well established patterns of acquisitions of just this sort of smallish company with a valuable asset. An expectation of $50+ is entirely reasonable and the issues raised by you are nothing but standard, general, non-company specific stuff raised to sow doubt.
