I'm wondering if this is the coming situation next March:

either Yihao or EON (Chinese companies) use LQMTs listing on an American stock exchange...to somehow "merge".....so that we can more readily get re-listed on NASDAQ? Maybe this happens through a reverse split or something?...or a second scenario is a blast-off 8K that says we landed a whale....and all of sudden LQMT goes from 0-60 in terms of revenue.

Is the company being groomed for a buyout or merger?
