Ok you are missing my point, likely on purpose.

How about we look at it this way.
A report card on the current legal promises that your title claims are real and good and that Ossa's testimony is bogus. That this legal defense will lead to MSX to trade anew in "the next few years" as well as charge the BCSC with criminal intent and penalties in the many millions.

Now the question is who should write that report card for MSX Shareholders in such a way as to encourage further funds in its realization ????
