For sure when NGSCB initially uses 1.2 TPM attested by Wave, but the TPM will evolve into later versions.

Later when LeGrande is running NGSCB, my hope is that Wave will still be attesting whatever form the HSM (hardware security module) will be then?

I assume the HSM will always be a separate security co-processor (a TPM) residing on the motherboard.
