A very good point. I was thinking this vanilla PR was a heads up PR, like the 1st Strat PR, working together with the 2nd.

In the back of my head I was thinking first lack luster, then the cherry on top! Could be!

But because this has only happened once before, I could not mention it as a pattern to watch.

But am personally watching to see if management is actually trying to give shareholders a heads up again! Possible, but because I don't trust them, I'm not betting on it!

Any contract could be days, weeks, or months away. NO schedule was stated, this time! But I'd like to see something to increase my trust level a second time.
