I really do not want to waste my time with Nancy as IMO she DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT.

Trading on the expert market after Sept 28th 2021 is a lot different than trading before Sept 28th 2021 in that you CAN ONLY SELL your shares after September 28th 2021.

if we are current limited like I have been telling you on the pink sheets (even though you need the 211 to quote prices the way they were intended to be quoted with an MM,) MIKP will go up big time as people will be able to buy. There are still some who believe your news.

Are you able to get this done this year (filing a form 10 /annual statement to get pink limited. Actually if all your ducks in a row you should be able to file everything form 10/attorney letter/quarterly filings ETC. ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AND SIMULTANEOUSLY WITHOUT ANY EXCUSES.

I will go out on a limb here and say MIKP will go up to at least .002 if you file your one report and more if you file all reports simultaneously while becoming limited pink.

We may be able to complete this year-- it's simple enough to put together financials and get an atty opinion-- the latter totally dependent on atty schedules and the holidays, but I'm very motivated to get this completed.
