There were plenty of holes with that theory - I was looking at a few.


This casino thing isn’t as bothersome as pennystock pumps. Plus I think the SEC was giving gaming tokens a pass and not considering them to be a security.

Although I am curious who the backer of the token is that wanted Ryan to put his name on it.
Guess it’s okay as long as money laundering isn’t involved. But we are talking casinos here…

Perhaps with the SEC breathing down the pumpers on twitter now - best they move onto something else they can manipulate!
