SHMP lied to SHMP "investors" in its August 26th PR, where it claimed it closed on the acquisition of the assets of "Hydrenesis Aquaculture LLC".

Per today's 10-Q, SHMP did NO SUCH THING.

What SHMP did was acquire a license agreement from Hydrenesis that cost them $2 MILLION CASH and about 7 MILLION shares.

AND...SHMP will pay Hydrenesis a royalty of 12.5%.

Talk about getting hosed!

To add insult to injury, SHMP never filed a Form 8-K for the ACTUAL material event...the license agreement with Hydrenesis.

The SEC knows that SHMP never filed a Form 8-K. Now it will be informed that not only did SHMP not file an 8-K, it lied completely in its August 26th PR.
