Hate to associate this with normal penny stocks, but talk about shares being transferred into stronger hands, we are 16 days from merger announcement tweeted on the 29th of October stating lawyers would have paperwork next week . so they have had it in front of them for maybe 10 business days and people are selling at these prices. almost comical.
