On November 10, 2021, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Marker Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Juan Vera, M.D., the Company’s then-current Chief Development Officer, to serve as the Company’s Chief Scientific Officer and Chief Operating Officer, effective as of November 12, 2021. Dr. Vera continues to serve as a member of the Board, and his term will expire at the Company’s 2022 annual meeting of stockholders.
