Here we are in the new otc and instead of posting the Q3 in time, we get a new forum for the gummies posted just before midnight. If they post today it will be 46 days, and not within 45 days. The filing date is not the 15th every time a quarter is due. It’s WITHIN 45 days of the end of the quarter. We are apt to fall to pink limited unless the OTC has new contingencies if a company is a late.
