Here's the last substantive information that I've run across about the case with Google. The attorney in this video explains it quite well. It's worth watching several times.

Video about the Google case.

One thing that I found interesting was that at the time that this video was made, the attorney had not yet found a link between MAXD and the new company that had filed the most recent patent infringement case against Google. From about 9 minutes into the video, he says that he had not yet found a link between MAXD and the new company (Vendanti Licensing Limited) that filed the lawsuit.

So I looked around, and sure enough if you dig into the March 26, 2021 10-K filing on OTCMarkets.com, there is a reference to Vendanti Licensing Limited in that filing. Here's a two sentence snippet:

"The Agreement further provides that VLL and the Company will become co-owners of the pioneering portfolio. In consideration of the patent portfolio purchase, the Company issued 80,000,000 shares of its common stock to VLL."

On windows, just hit F3 to search for Vedanti Licensing Limited within the file.

Notice the video I've referenced above was posted on March 17, 2021, so there would be no reason for the attorney in this video to have known about this connection as the 10-K was 9 days later!

Also, the video is titled, Part 1, but I've yet to see a second part.

In any case, for me, and in my opinion only and certainly not investment advice, it certainly still leaves the door wide open, maybe still leading to a mega-bonanza of an award for MAXD someday.

There's simply no way to know in advance but I assure you I still have a decent chunk of shares in case we get lucky someday! It's like betting on a trifecta with the 3 least favorable horses in a race, but if it hits, it would be so sweet!
