Jorge what would you answer to the post from a few days ago.
We will never see this letter from a qualified lawyer will we.

You know funds are now dried up until it is sent to shareholders with serious possible repercussions on its content.

POST: This is my personal recommendation to MSX shareholders.

Before anyone gets the urge to sign any new checks it is time to get an opinion letter from a lawyer with proper credentials.
This letter should come from the likes of Rocco Galati because he has been paid to do a job relative to MSX cease trade and the BCSC.
Current shareholders would not be asking for any opinion on the results intended by the process but a barometer on where the process currently lies based on all information available today from any and all sources.

Statements by Lopehandia/Torres as well as Johnson have no merit.

Void of all credibility based on past promises of legal process success.
