Why does the 10Q need any punch? I get why we would like it too, just a natural thing when investing. And if it does it's a bonus. As a smart investor here on this board always says don't set ourselves up for disappointment thinking the Q will hold diamonds (paraphrasing), but if it has meat then get excited. There will be plenty of Q's to come to get excited over in the near future.

But, with all the catalysts soon to be happening, and the amazing ones Henry has already fed us things will be happening in rapid succession IMHO very soon. This Q is just another filing to me at this particular time for PHIL. And again, if it has meat on the bone, then it's a bonus!

There is a HUGE amount of puzzle pieces that need to fit together here in a certain order and period of time for all of this to come together to complete the puzzle. But once this monster loan funds these projects and does what it needs to do in a certain order, I for one believe PHIL will not be looking back but steam rolling forward on a higher exchange, and for many years to come. Sure the buy back needs to happen, and PHIL is in a position to get it done now, with or without VF revenues, (just my opinion.)

I'm excited to be a part of this company at this particular time in it's history from what I know with the DD. Sure it was touch and go there for a while for many, until Henry released a couple of blind sided MOAB's, we definitely didn't see those huge MOAB's dropping on our heads. I have learned over the years of investing many will never be happy no matter what. Many have never built a company or anything for that matter, and think it happens over night. I believe it will turn out to be my best investment yet once everything develops, and I believe it will keep on developing.

Those who have held with patience will soon start to see a picture from the puzzle, IMO. Many may lose patience and move on, which is there prerogative. The next 12+ months for PHIL may be a record setting for micro penny Companies. Lets encourage our CEO and lift him with our prayers to stay healthy and move PHI GROUP forward to much greener$$$$$ pasture. GB!
