Utter nonsense. The Federal Court disagrees with you. The Judge stated that Walther engaged deliberately in a scheme to defraud. That doesn't sound like Walther is an innocent man to me!! He is, quite literally, an immensely evil con man.

He lives to exist only on the backs of shareholders and shareholder loans ... and then he leaves them holding the bag. It will happen again. IFUS history will repeat itself because many refuse to learn from it.
