Yeah and that's great for anyone who's buying NWBO now as they're not competing with large institutional investors. So would you rather buy now on OTC? If you believe in NWBO then hell yes!

I sold ALL above $10 (getting back in many years later at 25 cts avg) and then institutions BAILED around $7 except for 10% disgraced $190 million NWBO Direct placements to Neil Woodford fund complex while RETAIL kept BUYING by averaging down... a good many retail individuals went BUST, undiversified, NO investment discipline (not taking a small loss and instead THE CRATER, let alone preserve Capital to continue investing and it was and still is IMHO their prime retirement vehicle (or keep working).
They just post or lurk/teethered on just NWBO; ~ 24/7/365

The tempo of the War of Words has not changed since 2014!

There has not been a Sherlock Holmes here for answers let alone a path for redemption: just reruns of a soap opera!
