What is more obvious is Adelstein was strangling the life out of the company and now that he is gone IFUS can breathe freely again.

Obviously, one of the reasons is that IFUS was not there since 2016-2017 and thus, not paying rent.



In the short time since Adelstein is no longer in the picture

- IFUS is pink current

- IFUS is paying off all past taxes and penalties.

- IFUS is reopening

That is reality.
