Per todays announcement of TAAT shipments to California, this little abreviated snippet of the release made me stand up and take notice. Not so much the sale price of a pack of cigarettes in Cali, but there are areas that are imposing 'a minimum sale price of $7 per pack'. May be happening elsewhere...but in Cali I can believe it.
$7USD per pack MIN!!! cha-ching.

IMO the profits in NYC will be absurdly higher (when we get there) as a pack will sell for $15+ with the new tax. Setti had noted from previous interiews that TAAT will most likely sell for about a 30% discount to the local retail cost of tobacco sticks. $15-30%=$10-11.

I smell some 'bank' like many of us have never seen before. See todays' release below...

"The average retail price for a pack of tobacco cigarettes in California is approximately $8.90, approximately 23% higher than the national average of $7.22. Furthermore, several other California localities impose unique restrictions on tobacco product sales, such as Sonoma County which mandates a 'minimum sale price' of $7.00 for a pack of cigarettes."

Can't even calculate the profits in England/Europe and Australia where a pack goes for $25-$35...even discounting for costly shipping, significant fees to bring it into their country (but reduced as they sorely want us to be there) and other assundry costs. The production cost is controlled and the reduction of shipping cost if it comes from somewhere in Europe will just be a bonus to the bottom line.

I think we are on the right track!!...no...I'm as absolutely as sure of it as one can possibly be!!

Blowing smoke here? We will see in the next few months...glta TAATers and those that still have time to buy in CHEAP!!
