That's New York, not Louisiana. Google has that one, also. But, being licensed in the state of New York does not mean this Realty is licensed in the State of Louisiana. If one googles Richmond realty, etc in La no R.E. Agency under that name comes up.

Besides if all they have to do is pay the back taxes, why does a R.E. agency need to be involved? BTW, 204 was used, at one time, by Supreme Energy,. All of the stock of Supreme Energy was awarded by the court to Steve Adelstein and is now revoked.

So, who are they buying this land from that they have maintained they owned for the last 10+years? If they own it, why are they buying it? If they have to buy it, why have they said they own it?
