It can't just be assetts and equipment. Several statements have shown that it is an "operating" facility with Revs. Also, MP said their current customers has to be considered.

I'd be shocked if it was just assetts and equipment purchased.

This acquisition is coming with existing Revs...imo. please I'm hoping. :)
