Yes two points on this test, a reduction in tau, plaque showing up less on a brain scan. All good but like you infer, is Grandma Sally more enjoyable around her grand children? Does she sleep at night? How about doing chores, going for walks with her husband to get exercise?

“The slowing of disease progression” now thats the multi billion dollar interpretation. Lets see her go play a round of golf, by herself, and be steadily improving her score! That is disease modifying or “regression”, not “slowing of disease progression”.
