I am picking up what you are putting down and if there is an issues that is being worked through, giving us appropriate level of detail could do the opposite of the anticipated effect.

The problem here is one of trust. We are in a position to be asked to trust them once again and for an unknown period of time. This is a bed they have made for themselves and I cannot be persuaded otherwise because Advent followed Cognate. Even lawful action can create great dissent and distrust and should be factored in with all other factors as options are evaluated. It is also a clear demonstration of taking care of yourself before taking care of your shareholders and it calls into question every single day that we do not get news. That is on them and why the paid commercial comments which are very different than a free venue or Press Release carry so much weight with me. Also, an exhibit hall at a medical conference is not the scientific session and is not an investor forum. Patients can and were in attendance, therefore, any disclosure given must be done so in eighth grade level English and still does not completely protect you from claims that are made. I know a GBM patient that watched that session.

That is why there is no more slack in the rope. It is quite the dilemma and one that is very interesting to see how things sort out.
