Shareholders- Does anyone know how the 75k was paid to the old " consultant"? Was it another Interest free Insider Loan? Was it a 3a10 transaction? The shareholders have no idea how the money raised and what further dilution they have to deal with . Certainly this is a material amount for this company at this stage. Dr.Drew is next up - 168 mill shares will hit the market per his contract . Dilution is just starting my friend . on its way to 3 billion shares just like the boys & Girls have always said to u .
