I am on my way to a Lebby/Marcelli presentation tonight here in Belgium. Wonder what Lebby has to say on Lightwave’s opportunity to CO2 emission reduction in the chip industry and datacom. Semi Conductor Industry is a ‘ dirty industry”. CEO’s are in urgent need of a ‘ story’. Chip shrinkage in seize from 28 to 2 nanometer increased CO2 emissions 2,5 times. More chips will enter daily live. What will the semi conductor industry contribute to the Glasgow initiatives? Don’t really see them….
