In Feb 2020 I told Tony that Mar 2021 they had to have it all together or they would get kicked to the graysheets. That was back before they changed the deadline to Sep 28 which gave them 6 more months.

Here was his response "yes, we are aware of the Grey Sheet issues that will emerge end of March. Not to worry."

That my last reply from the company as my subsequent emails were not very nice.

They wasted 19 months and here we are waiting on either redone filings or an atty letter or both. Plus they have to magic up some business.
