Disclaimer** I have lost faith in MAXD and I don’t believe for a second that we are getting a Google settlement.
That being said, let’s pretend a real company was worth $5M. If that company got a settlement from somewhere, how does that affect the share price. Does that settlement get added into their market cap then divided up based on shares to determine a new share price? How does that all work? I assume it’s based on number of company shares, market cap, revenue, but if someone can break it down with an example, that would be great.
Please no one respond in reference to MAXD. General question as it’s happened with other companies but I have no idea how that works out.
