Then RIDDLE me this,

1. WHY THEN was it even suggested by DA JUDGE that what if 10 bill comes back here, shouldn't all be allowed to participate????????????

2. Why were we EVER ISSUED ESCROW MARKERS ???????


3. Why did the UW's continue to fight then KNOWING FULL WELL nothing could return to us form any source.

4. Why did the company issue 2 separate 8k/PR stating any returns/payout would be at the 75/25

5. Why did TPS fight for almost 2 yrs to move the needle from 70/30 to 75/25 for the Prefrd's

Something doesn't seem to add up does it???????????
